MIMOSA
The brief from the client was clear: full-on colour. The challenge was to go all in while connecting the different spaces, unexpected corners and existing materials. By painting the ceiling in a warm cherry red, we brought the living room, dining area and kitchen together, allowing the spaces to flow into one another while giving every corner its own character. The result is an interior as eclectic, expressive and playful as the family itself.
One of the corners that caught my eye was the chapel, previously hidden behind a sofa and left unused. By opening up this forgotten spot and transforming it into a little hideaway for the children, we gave it a new purpose: a place to play, retreat and create memories that will always be part of their experience of this home.
